His father has been arrested by the Iranian government since the June 12 election. This is ironic because his father was a supporter of the Islamic Republic for many years. It is proof of the enmity of the current Iranian government towards its own people (even its own supporters within the Iranian people). The letter: I will call you just Ahmadinejad because it is difficult for me to refer to you as sir (a person of respect and honor). I will write this to introduce my father and to the person who arrested him. First I must tell you my father is a revolutionary man. It is because of his labor that the Pahlavi Regime of that time was brought to a halt.It is time for a new period to begin in Iran dedicated to his life long devotion to revolution. Do you know my uncle died as a patriot for his country in the war! He was a true Shaid (martyr).It was a combination of my father’s and his friends’ efforts which saved our own country and did not let Iran slip into the hands of others. The risked their lives in the name of God (Allah) and the commands of Ayatollah Khomeini so our country will not crumble. None of them knew that this will be the future of our great nation by people who have no respect for them and their struggle. Do you know that during the previous revolution my father faced the guns with a pen and sent messages to parts of our nation which did not know about the revolution! Even with his absence from our revolution his message can be heard by the souls of my generation, the children of the Islamic Revolution. Do you know that my father was the Manager of the Islamic Republic News Agency in the United Nations! Do you know that my father was the Manager of the Local Press in the Ministry of Culture in Iran! I wish you knew my father so that you could learn the virtues of honesty,sacrifice and the ability to lead.My father is defending the purity of Islam but you are selfishly defending yourself and not your true religion. We are fed up with being called names by this regime of hate. The systematic and institutionalized oppresion by this regime have been toward one enemy and that is us, the regular iranian people. This is what we are paying price for, the regime of "islam" hating us Iranian, which is not a new thing. Ever since they invaded Iran 600 years ago and brougth "islam" to our country, this anomisty has been continued. Now we say enough is enough. We want a peaceful divorce between people and this regime of terror. With all respect to Islam as a religion, we have the right to say, enough is enough! How can one be of such noble origin and still be subjected to fascism and believe that the word of the S.Leader is synonymous with god on earth, without the right to one's own thinking?! They have been in war with people of Iran from the start. This is not the first time that they have stolen a freedom movement. They stole the freedom movement of Iraninan in 1979. Thruout the history, they have never sided with people. It is sad in particular when younger generation feel so betrayed , in the way the older generation implemented the revolution of 1979, where many people's blood was shed except the Ayathollas. In each freedom movement, they have never participated to fight with people side by side. They have always been in opposition. Islamic republic has never had any legitimacy.
